How to build dofollow link on Facebook

Building links on social networking sites was always a tough task and an open challenge for me when I was trying to build backlinks, especially, dofollow links. These dofollow links makes a major impact on improving the page rank of the websites as more the backlinks your website owns, greater the page rank your website gains.

I have chosen every possible way for getting one way links on social networking sites such as Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace, Orkut and newly launched Google Plus, but, failed to get the success. While searching for the backlinks on such sites, I also tried Facebook and after several experiments and techniques, I have created a backlink on Facebook. Not just the link, I gained dofollow link over there.

I always think that after gaining any kind of knowledge, if you share that information with others, your knowledge not only helps others to have the knowledge which they don’t, but also, upgrades your personal knowledge and that information you got from several efforts keeps you up-to-date and permanently fixes in your mind which you will never forgot.

Therefore, I am just taking an initiative to spread my experience. I decided to provide the steps for building a dofollow link on Facebook. Simply go through all the below mentioned steps and try to get the backlinks for your websites also:

Step 1: Go to your Facebook account’s profile. Those who do not have the account on Facebook, make sure to register in Facebook before going to next step.

Step 2: On browser screen, you will see following:

          http://www.facebook.com/home.php

Make the following adjustments:

          http://www.facebook.com/pages/

Step 3: Now, click on “Pages I Admin”.

Step 4 (a): Check/see “FBML”. (If page is not developed, then, click “Create a Page” displayed at the bottom of the page to develop the page.)

Click on “edit” and on next page, enter “Box Title” and “FBIL” with your dofollow link tag.

Generally used dofollow tag is:

          <a href=http://www.abc.com/ rel=”dofollow”>Software</a>

Step 4 (b): After applying dofollow tag, click on “View Page”. Then, click on “Wall”.

Step 4(c): Click on “link” and enter your domain name or write a message or comment with dofollow tag as described above.

Step 5: Click on “Share”.

You will see that you got a dofollow link on Facebook and more importantly, produced not only a valuable but also a countable one way backlink for your website.
